What is Synora, and who is it for?
Synora brings a dental clinic's daily work into one system: appointments and online booking, patient files, the dental chart and treatment plans, billing with a patient wallet and installments, dental lab cases, inventory and reports. It runs in the browser, in Arabic and English, with nothing to install. Online booking, WhatsApp reminders, lab cases and inventory are on Pro.
It is built for dental clinics in Egypt first, with prices in Egyptian pounds: Free for a small clinic, Pro for one clinic with every module, and Enterprise for groups with more than one branch. The details are on all features and the pricing page.
How do we work?
- We write down what it does not do yet. Many feature pages have a “What doesn't it do yet?” section, such as appointments and billing. Synora does not work offline and has no Excel import yet, and we say so plainly.
- Prices are public. Free costs EGP 0 with no card; Pro costs EGP 1,500 a month or EGP 15,000 a year per clinic. It is all on the pricing page, and the free plan's limits are spelled out on the free plan page.
- Security in plain words. The security page says how patient data is protected, and lists what we have not done yet, such as an independent penetration test.
- No invented proof. You will not find made-up testimonials, client logos or user counts on this site.
