A dashboard for the period
Today, this week or this month: revenue, expenses, appointments by outcome — completed, upcoming, no-show, cancelled — and how many treatment plans patients accepted, with their value.
Daily revenue
What came into the clinic, day by day, for the dates you choose.
Dentist production
The procedures each dentist completed and their value, day by day and procedure by procedure.
Balances by age
Unpaid invoices, with their number and what is still owed, grouped as not yet due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days late.
Plan acceptance and appointment statistics
How many plans were presented, accepted and declined, with their value, and how appointments ended.
Lab, insurance and stock
Lab turnaround, insurance claims, stock on hand and stock used — filled from the lab, insurance and inventory modules, which are in Pro.
My dashboard and the financial view
On Pro, each dentist opens their own dashboard — production, collections for their work, completed procedures, no-shows and their approved fee statements — and cannot open a colleague's. The owner also gets a financial tab: revenue, refunds, what patients owe, expenses and each dentist's production and collections.
Who can see the clinic's numbers?
Each report needs a financial or an operational report permission. Out of the box, the owner, the accountant and the read-only auditor see the financial reports — revenue, production, balances, plan acceptance and claims — and a branch manager or an inventory manager sees the operational ones.
The dashboard, which shows revenue and expenses, is open to the receptionist role by default. If you would rather reception did not see it, give them a custom role without it — see staff roles and permissions.
What doesn't it do yet?
- No report builder: the nine reports are fixed.
- No saved reports, and no reports sent by email on a schedule.
- The lab, insurance and stock reports stay empty unless the clinic uses those Pro modules.
