What doesn't it do yet?
- No e-invoice filing with the Egyptian Tax Authority yet: filing needs a certified electronic signature setup that is not in place.
- No card machine (POS) connection: a card payment at the desk is recorded in Synora, not charged through it.
- Paying an invoice online by a link sent on WhatsApp or email needs the clinic's own Paymob merchant account, and has not yet been tried with a live clinic account.
- Care plan benefits are applied when the invoice is made; a treatment-plan quote still shows the usual fee.
- A care plan cancelled with a partial refund keeps its invoice: the refund is recorded against the payment, not as a credit note (credit notes are not built yet).

Yes, on Pro. Define a preventive care plan with its price, period, the services it includes and a preferred member fee schedule for your other clinic services (lab-made work stays at its usual fee by default), and sell it from the patient's file. The patient sees the plan's terms and member fees before paying, and you can print them. Synora issues the invoice, starts the plan when it is paid, bills included services at zero, and works out the refund your terms give if the plan is cancelled within your refund window (14 days from the start of the plan term by default), deducting used services at their usual fee on the day they were delivered. It is your clinic's care plan, not insurance.
