Synora's dental chart is an interactive FDI odontogram for permanent and primary teeth, charted surface by surface. Findings become priced treatment plans, followed from presented to completed, and completed work goes straight to the invoice. A plan on paper is easy to lose and hard to follow up. When the chart, the plan and the price live in three places, nobody knows what the patient agreed to — or what is still waiting to be done.

Permanent and primary teeth, charted per surface. Every change is kept with its date and who recorded it.
2D chart on every plan, 3D view in Pro
Every plan charts on the classic two-row 2D chart. Pro adds an interactive 3D view of the mouth you can rotate and chart on — the same records, drawn in 3D.
Periodontal chart in Pro
Six sites per tooth: pocket depth, recession, bleeding and suppuration, plus mobility and furcation, with CAL worked out for you. Type a depth and the cursor moves to the next site. Compare two visits site by site, and print the chart.
Treatment plans with prices
Add each item at your clinic's own price, from your procedure catalogue or your price list, and print a clear plan to hand to the patient.
Accepted, declined, in progress
Mark what the patient accepted and follow each item until it is completed — nothing agreed is forgotten.
Visit notes
Structured clinical notes for every visit, alongside the chart and the plan.
Straight to billing
Completed procedures are what the invoice is built from, so the clinic bills what was actually done.
What doesn't it do yet?
- Treatment-plan phases are not on screen yet.

Yes, in Pro. It records six sites per tooth — pocket depth, recession, bleeding on probing and suppuration — with mobility and furcation per tooth, and works out the attachment level (CAL). A finalized exam is locked, and the next one is compared with it: mean depth, sites of 4 mm and deeper, and bleeding.
