How much does Synora cost?
Synora has three plans. Free costs EGP 0, with no card and no time limit: 1 branch, 1 treatment room, 2 staff accounts and up to 50 patients. Pro costs EGP 1,500 a month or EGP 15,000 a year per clinic, not per chair or per user, with every module. Enterprise, for more than one branch, is priced on request.

What happens to your data if you stop paying?
If a Pro subscription is not renewed, Synora emails a reminder before the period ends and allows seven days of grace after it. Then the clinic moves back to the Free plan. No records are deleted: the Pro modules are hidden until the clinic pays again, and a clinic above Free's limits keeps everything it has but cannot add more.

Questions about pricing
No. Sign up, confirm your email, and you are on the Free plan. You only pay when you choose to upgrade.
Everything you have stays. You simply cannot add more patients, staff or rooms until the clinic moves to Pro. Online payment inside the app isn't switched on yet, so for now you upgrade by contacting us.
Neither. Pro is priced per clinic: EGP 1,500 a month or EGP 15,000 a year, with unlimited patients, staff and treatment rooms for one branch.
Yes. In Synora, a dentist the calendar can book is a staff account with their own login, so each dentist uses one of the plan's staff accounts, like a receptionist or an assistant. The clinic owner's account counts too, and so does an invitation not yet accepted; a disabled account does not. Free has 2 staff accounts; Pro has no limit.
Partly. On Pro, each report on the Reports screen, such as revenue, appointments, lab turnaround and stock, can be exported as a CSV file. There is no one-step export of all the clinic's data yet, and no screen to export one patient's complete file.
You get a reminder before the period ends and seven days of grace after it. Then the clinic moves back to Free — no data is deleted.
