Synora's multi-branch setup keeps every branch of a dental group in one account: each branch has its own rooms, opening hours, time zone, cash registers and invoice numbering, staff and dentists are assigned to the branches they work at, and stock moves between branch stores. Free and Pro include one branch; more branches are on Enterprise.

What doesn't it do yet?
- More than one branch isn't on Free or Pro, and Enterprise isn't chosen at sign-up: it is set up with us.
